Objectives

Many of us and our organizations, start each year by conducting a strategic planning session. Join us to learn how to better prepare in advance for strategic planning, conduct a strategic planning session in a fun and engaging way, as well as develop concrete and obtainable goals.

This workshop will include ~1 hour of prework prior to attending. It will also provide attendees with hands on opportunities to clarify goals, priorities, emotions, and follow up accountability associated with strategic planning. Whether you’ve already started your strategic planning, or haven’t ever done it, this is a catalyst to help you achieve your goals in 2023.
